Part Time Sales Associate - Valley Fair

Summary

Represent the Maison by achieving sales targets, developing client relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Support the boutique's daily operations while upholding the Maison's service and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide attentive, personalized service throughout the client journey.
• Build client relationships, maintain accurate client records, and participate in CRM initiatives and events.
• Support boutique setup, merchandising, inventory, security procedures, and other daily operations.
• Stay informed about industry news, competitors, and timepiece products.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements; computer and internet proficiency and MS Office experience required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training and events.
