Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and shopping services to clients in person
• Schedule and manage client appointments and consultations
• Build and maintain client relationships through outreach and follow up
• Assist clients with product selection and fitting
• Prepare and maintain private client appointments and merchandise
• Support store visual standards and merchandising for appointments
• Collaborate with sales team to meet individual and store sales targets

Requirements

• Previous retail or personal shopping experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client confidentiality
• Flexible availability including weekends and peak holiday hours
