Personal Shopper

Summary

The Personal Shopper represents the highest level of sales and service within the store, operating on full commission with unlimited earnings potential. The role requires developing and maintaining a loyal, high-value client base and delivering tailored styling and wardrobe services. Personal Shoppers are expected to achieve significant sales volume targets and provide both in-store and off-site client service.

Responsibilities

• Sell the entire store and style customers from head to toe
• Cultivate and acquire new high-value customers and introduce them to the store
• Maintain private shopping suites and visual standards
• Deliver exceptional personalized sales and service and exceed sales targets
• Build and retain a loyal personal client base and update customer profiles in systems
• Provide on- and off-site selling and communicate regularly with clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods
• Attend product and vendor education sessions and partner with buying and exclusive services teams
• Network within the community and resolve customer service issues
• Ensure compliance with privacy, health, safety, and cyber security measures

Requirements

• Proven ability to exceed sales targets
• Established high-value client base with minimum value of $1.5M in sales
• Knowledge of wardrobing and styling techniques and strong customer relationship skills
• Entrepreneurial, competitive, self-motivated, and highly collaborative
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Minimum of five years experience in a commission sales environment
