Summary

The Personal Stylist Assistant supports a Personal Stylist with client communication, outfit recommendations, and operational tasks throughout the selling process. The role helps create exceptional customer experiences through in-store appointments and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support selling appointments, ring transactions, and process merchandise for Fashionphile Service.
• Follow up after appointments, including tracking orders, coordinating alterations, and sending thank-you notes.
• Help schedule appointments and organize gifting projects and experiences for top clients.
• Maintain accurate client information and support digital selling and social media activities.
• Return unsold merchandise to stock and keep fitting rooms clean.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with technology and digital tools.
• Fashion retail experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
