Seasonal Sales Support at the Bal Harbour store provides hospitality-driven sales assistance during the holiday season, representing the Tiffany brand in every client interaction. The role supports sales associates and operations to enhance the client experience, facilitate purchases, and assist with after-sales service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist Clients, serving as a brand ambassador to deliver a memorable luxury experience.
• Improve Client experience through hospitality and store amenities and manage the hospitality area.
• Assist with engraving station and accurately lead floor waiting list when applicable.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions after purchase.
• Communicate service issues to management and assist operations with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory, and special projects.

Requirements

• Availability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality experience is relevant).
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
