Seasonal Sales Support - Aventura

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support Team Members represent the Tiffany brand during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client experiences. You will support the sales floor by greeting and assisting clients, managing hospitality areas, and helping with gift packaging and POS tasks. This role supports store operations, engraving stations, inventory and special projects as needed during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist Clients to create memorable luxury experiences.
• Manage hospitality areas, ensuring they are fully stocked, orderly and clean.
• Assist engraving station and accurately lead floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and completing POS transactions.
• Communicate service issues to management and assist with after‑sales servicing and store operations.
• Assist with inventory tasks and special projects as needed during peak season.

Requirements

• Availability to work non‑traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
