Planner

Summary

Support profitable growth across the Americas Outlet channel through allocation, forecasting, inventory management, and performance analysis. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize store inventory and achieve sales, margin, and stock targets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance across channels, divisions, stores, styles, and sizes to identify opportunities and risks.
• Manage replenishment, store-level allocations, and inventory strategies for Made for Outlet products.
• Support monthly Open-to-Buy forecasts and develop forecasts for sales, margin, discounts, and inventory.
• Recommend actions such as top-ups, consolidations, markdowns, and liquidation strategies.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Operations, Visual Merchandising, Finance, and Planning teams on product priorities and inventory strategy.
• Communicate business trends and opportunities to field teams and stores.

Requirements

• Three to four years of experience in allocation and planning, including Open-to-Buy management and line-level forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong retail mathematics knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and advanced Excel skills.
• Allocation system and SAP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
