Pre-Production Technology Lead

As a Pre-Production Technology Lead at Ralph Lauren, you will oversee the development and support of pre-production solutions, driving business process efficiencies across the global product community. You will engage in strategic technology and process improvement initiatives, manage projects, and support daily production operations, leveraging a team of consultants, developers, and business partners.

• Lead and support strategic projects and technologies with a focus on Merchandising, Design, Technical Design, and Sourcing.
• Drive global process excellence and develop common practices leveraging best-in-class technologies.
• Build trusted relationships with business partners to solve complex business problems.
• Advocate for innovative technologies that enhance Merchandising and Design processes.
• Engage with business and IT partners to identify opportunities and manage project execution.
• Provide production support and guidance to a global user community.
• Research, develop, and implement emerging product technologies.
• Manage content and execute training for new applications.
• Ensure applications are production-ready and support business requirements.
• Manage, develop, and coach direct reports and offshore teams.
• Participate in conferences and represent Ralph Lauren in technology innovations.

• Minimum of ten years of experience managing and directing an IT organization.
• Business experience in the Pre-Production space with emphasis on merchandising and design/development processes.
• Experience with industry best-in-class technologies and PLM solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of the pre-production go-to-market business cycle.
• Proficiency in agile project concepts and delivery.
• Experience in enterprise support models and software.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, supportive, and collaborative leader.
