Responsibilities- Manage the architecture, administration, configuration, and testing of the JAMF Pro Enterprise environment.
- Develop and enhance best practices for deploying Apple technology.
- Provide MAC/JAMF technical expertise to other IT groups.
- Partner with the Service Desk to proactively mitigate issues.
- Design and maintain a user-friendly software deployment process.
- Serve as the final point of internal support for escalations.
- Document all aspects of architecture and processes.
- Train EUC technicians on new Apple/JAMF technologies.
- Collaborate with the Security team to ensure security protocols are in place.
- Provide status and remediation reports to upper management.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience supporting MACs with Jamf in an enterprise environment.
- JAMF Certified Admin Certification or equivalent.
- Experience with macOS in an AD Environment.
- Experience deploying and troubleshooting Office 365 on Macs & PCs.
- Strong customer service mentality and multitasking ability.
- Apple Certifications such as JAMF Certified Expert Certification or equivalent.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud in a JAMF environment.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and asset management model.
- Experience deploying Apple OS.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of PKI, focusing on certificate distribution.
