Precious Jewelry Client Advisor

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement both in-person and digitally using store technology. This onsite role services clients who come into the store and those engaged remotely, reporting to the Sales Manager and focusing on styling and luxury jewelry sales.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized service and outreach
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge for jewelry and fashion
• Utilize digital tools, social media, and store technology for outreach and selling
• Use omni channel and fleetwide inventory to source product for clients
• Strategize individual business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
• Service clients both in person and remotely with authority on trends and styling

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail, preferably with jewelry
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule to support client needs
• Ability to use omni channel systems and digital selling platforms
