As a Premier Driver at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP in Mahwah, NJ, you will play a crucial role in delivering luxury fashion items to our valued customers. You will be part of a dynamic team, ensuring timely and professional delivery services while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

• Uphold and project the company’s devotion to customer service experience.
• Comply with Net-A-Porter appearance guidelines and maintain a professional image.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Work independently in various weather conditions.
• Securely handle undelivered and returned merchandise.
• Assist manager and supervisor with day-to-day operations.
• Interact with couriers, dispatchers, and customer service team daily.
• Ensure couriers are fully prepared for their daily route.

• Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
• Driving defense certificate required, preferably no older than 6 months.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Capability to work in all weather conditions and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Flexibility in shift patterns to meet customer demands.
• Understanding of luxury customer service and strong communication skills.
• Proven track record of problem-solving.
• Calm demeanor and ability to use initiative in dealing with issues.
