Principal Transportation Program Manager

As a Principal Transportation Program Manager at Nordstrom, you will lead the development and optimization of our logistics network to enhance customer experience and delivery efficiency. You will be responsible for building the business model and technology that powers shipping for millions of customers, ensuring speed and sustainability in delivery.

• Develop and implement frameworks, methodologies, and tools for optimizing the ordering and fulfillment customer experience.
• Communicate performance metrics and plans, evaluating trade-offs across functions to drive customer value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence strategy and improve service, experience, availability, quality, and cost.
• Drive the evolution of Nordstrom’s supply chain routing capabilities and long-term roadmap.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of e-commerce experience with a proven track record in launching products.
• Experience working with technical teams in an agile software development environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and experience with P&L data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
