- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data to drive actions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, effectively leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of product, inventory, or supply chain managers.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in inventory and supply chain management.
