Private Ambassador

Summary

Private Ambassadors promote and sell high-end product categories to existing and prospective clients, crafting memorable, long-lasting relationships. Working with Store, Client Relations and Development teams, the role focuses on delivering elevated, appointment-based in-person and virtual experiences that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell all high-end product categories to grow store performance and penetration.
• Develop and maintain a VIC client book and recruit new high-end clients and prospects.
• Deliver private services through in-person and virtual appointment-based experiences.
• Partner with store and regional leaders on client retention and development strategies.
• Mentor and support store teams to develop top clients and enhance overall client experience.

Requirements

• Proven record developing authentic, lasting client relationships and meeting sales goals.
• Outstanding luxury etiquette, style, and presentation with experience hosting clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience providing private, appointment-based services both in-person and virtually.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively develop high-potential prospects.
