Summary
The Private Client Manager develops and executes regional strategies to acquire, retain, and grow high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele. The role drives High Jewelry and Fine Jewelry sales through personalized client engagement, bespoke experiences, and close partnership with boutique teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with high-potential prospects and existing top clients, developing individualized engagement plans and an active prospect pipeline.
- Drive sales through personalized outreach, private appointments, curated presentations, special orders, and bespoke commissions.
- Host private events, collection previews, and VIP experiences while ensuring exceptional, discreet client service.
- Coordinate with boutique teams on appointments, merchandise, hospitality, follow-up, and client feedback.
- Represent the Maison at industry, cultural, philanthropic, and luxury lifestyle events.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in luxury client development, private client relations, High Jewelry sales, or luxury relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven success serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients and generating revenue through relationship-building and client acquisition.
- Strong clienteling, CRM, communication, presentation, analytical, and commercial skills; discretion and executive presence are essential.
- Passion for luxury, fine jewelry, craftsmanship, and client service. GIA or AGS certification and foreign-language skills are a plus.
- Ability to travel 30-50%.
