The Private Salon Stylist will lead elevated, appointment-driven styling experiences at the 57th Street Flagship Boutique, delivering personalized fashion curation for top-tier and high-net-worth clients. The role partners with Fashion Advisors and boutique leadership to nurture client relationships, drive cross-category sales, and uphold CHANEL's creative and service standards. This position requires exceptional styling expertise, creativity, and a commitment to high-touch hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and host private, appointment-based styling sessions for top-tier and high-net-worth clients.
• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to drive cross-category sales.
• Serve as a fashion curator across the New York area, collaborating with boutique teams, Fashion Advisors, VM, Merchandising, VIC, and Events.
• Support presentation and styling of collections and offer feedback on boutique product assortment.
• Coach and mentor Fashion Advisors to strengthen styling expertise and client service.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and proven styling expertise.
• Passion for the brand, its history, and product offerings.
