Process And Reporting Manager

Summary

The Process and Reporting Manager will support the Architecture and Design Studio by managing data, processes and reporting related to store design and construction. This role partners with architects and project managers to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, data accuracy and to deliver standardized project reporting and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Document, analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Monitor and measure effectiveness of implemented processes and conduct regular audits.
• Maintain the Global Standard Operating Procedure and provide training and governance for adherence.
• Develop, implement and maintain custom reports and dashboards to communicate project status and key insights.
• Collect, organize and analyze data from budgets, schedules and resources using Smartsheet and BI best practices.
• Work with data scientists to establish and maintain data pipelines between Smartsheet and BI tools like PowerBI and DataIku.
• Create instructions, how-to videos and training sessions for end-users on tools and processes.
• Champion best practices for project and data management and ensure reliable data synchronization across systems.
• Assist in training and documentation of the Sustainability Maintenance Program and track related KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in data analysis and reporting in architecture and construction.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability to draw conclusions from data.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and Smartsheet premium tools including DataMesh, DataShuttle, Control Center and Bridge.
• Working knowledge of business intelligence tools that integrate with Smartsheet such as PowerBI or DataIku.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated with a collaborative work style.
• Good communication skills with ability to present information clearly.
