Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing, analyzing, and implementing process specifications and control plans within the Luxottica manufacturing network. You will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring high-quality standards in manufacturing processes.

• Design and implement manufacturing process improvement initiatives to enhance yields and cost efficiency.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to improve safety, reduce cycle times, and enhance productivity.
• Perform process capability analysis and implement process control procedures.
• Create process documentation and training tools.
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with specified requirements.
• Provide technical support for new product introductions and equipment validation.
• Develop and manage project timelines and assess technical feasibility.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Support training of operations personnel.
• Conduct investigations and tests for new manufacturing methods and materials.

• BS in Engineering.
• 3+ years of engineering experience.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing engineering and MS Excel.
• Ability to travel 15% to 25% as required by projects.
