Distribution Clerk 2 - Wearables

As a Distribution Clerk 2 in the Wearables department, you will handle returned merchandise from customers and record information into the SAP and/or AS/400 information system. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of returns in a dynamic and innovative environment.

• Process returns by inspecting and evaluating frames accurately and timely.
• Ensure accurate evaluation of the product is keyed into the system.
• Code returns and issue credit in customer files.
• Use the SAP or AS/400 information system to obtain relevant information and conduct research.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions, meet production schedules, and complete assignments within established instructions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent mathematical aptitude and numerical recognition.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Extraordinary organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested by Supervisors/Manager.
• Ability to work in a stand/walk position for up to 10 hours.
• Experience using SAP and/or AS400 preferred.
