Summary
Leads strategic procurement and category management activities for enterprise supply chain and logistics. Builds sourcing strategies and pipelines, drives value creation, and coordinates procurement team members supporting assigned projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop category strategies for supply chain and logistics with business stakeholders and procurement leadership.
- Build and manage a sourcing pipeline aligned with priorities, opportunities, risks, and business impact.
- Lead RFx events, supplier negotiations, commercial evaluations, and contracting activities.
- Partner with FP&A on savings validation, reporting, and financial capture.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate and coach procurement team members, and report project status, savings, risks, and decisions.
- Support global procurement initiatives involving spend analytics, compliance, supplier management, reporting, and process improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or related experience, including 2-4 or more years in supply chain and logistics.
- Experience supporting or leading RFx events, supplier negotiations, and contract development.
- Strong analytical, financial, commercial, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience coaching procurement team members or supporting project workstreams.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Preferred experience in packaging sourcing, supply chain technology, sourcing or ERP platforms, relevant certifications, or AI tools.
