Product Manager, Shoes And Other Accessories

Summary

Responsible for owning and driving the Shoes and Other Accessories business within the boutique, coaching and managing a diverse sales team, partnering with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team, and delivering elevated client experiences and business results.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire a team to deliver elevated client experiences
• Provide ongoing training and development on product knowledge and service delivery
• Drive category performance through analysis, reporting, and assortment planning
• Partner with Home Office buying team on product and assortment decisions
• Apply key performance indicators to improve team and business performance
• Represent the brand in the market and develop the client base
• Create a positive working environment that encourages feedback and teamwork

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule including late nights weekends and some holidays
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Passion for luxury product and client experience
