Summary
Senior product role responsible for product marketing and lifecycle management for a specific jewelry collection. Owns product vision, strategy and roadmaps aligned with brand and business objectives, collaborates cross functionally, and mentors specialists to deliver 360 product activations and launches.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi year product roadmaps aligned with brand strategy and annual calendar.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch including prototyping sourcing production and packaging.
- Define product positioning naming and storytelling for 360 activation and local execution.
- Collaborate with Design Sales Merchandising Marketing Demand Planning Supply Chain and Communications for alignment.
- Develop financial forecasts and pricing strategies and monitor product performance and assortment.
- Create product briefs with specifications target costs and project milestones.
- Oversee creation of training content and sales targets for new product launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field MBA preferred.
- 7 years of experience in Product and Marketing preferably in luxury goods or jewelry industry.
- Strong understanding of jewelry design materials and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent analytical problem solving and decision making skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience mentoring team members and working cross functionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel PowerPoint and Word.
