Summary
Program Manager 2 will lead and support inbound receiving programs to improve receiving accuracy, defect detection, and operational efficiency across distribution and fulfillment centers. The role partners with Operations, Technology, Product Management, Merchandising, Supplier Compliance, and Finance to execute programs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in receiving processes.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of receiving related programs that reduce defects and improve data integrity
- Manage defect detection and resolution initiatives including rollout and operational readiness
- Analyze receiving trends using data and reporting to identify root causes and actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to translate opportunities into action plans and track progress
- Maintain and enhance logic and processes for the Vendor Audit Platform and audit rules
- Drive programmatic recommendations for scalable vendor facing solutions
- Support business readiness activities including communication, training, and change management
- Prepare and deliver updates to leadership on program status, risks, and metrics
- Continuously evaluate program priorities to advance highest value initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in inventory, supply chain, operations, or related function
- Minimum of 2 years leading cross functional programs or projects
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to translate data into action
- Proven ability to partner effectively across teams to drive outcomes
- Experience supporting programs of moderate complexity coordinating multiple teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and competency with Tableau
- Bachelor's degree required and ability to travel minimally
