Job Description

Summary

The Sr. Technical Program Manager leads and coordinates complex programs within the Inventory domain to align merchandising inventory and supply chain initiatives with organizational goals. This role partners with cross functional stakeholders to define strategy, manage portfolio artifacts, oversee governance, and drive program implementation while mentoring others and promoting continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Align project portfolio to organizational goals and annual planning
  • Oversee coordination of cross project interdependencies and resource allocation
  • Create and maintain portfolio artifacts and ensure governance adherence
  • Develop and expand complex programs using change management skills
  • Identify waste and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage highly complex cross discipline projects and high risk enterprise projects
  • Communicate program status and organize complex information via storytelling
  • Define work requirements, create plans and monitor program execution
  • Create and manage program budgets

Requirements

  • Five plus years portfolio program project or leadership experience
  • Demonstrated track record of enabling business to achieve goals
  • BA BS in related field preferred
  • Strong leadership management and organizational skills
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint SharePoint Teams and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
  • Ability to find innovative solutions to problems
  • PMP certification is a plus
