Summary
Manage the full lifecycle of visual experience projects including windows, pop ups, in store displays, and brand activations across the U.S. and Canada. Coordinate with Milan HQ and internal teams to translate creative concepts into technical specifications while overseeing planning, budgeting, vendor management, and on site execution to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage execution of windows, pop ups, in store displays, and activations across North America
- Collaborate with Milan HQ, design, retail, visual merchandising, events, and logistics teams
- Oversee planning, budgeting, value engineering, and cost control for visual installations
- Source, evaluate, and manage vendors for fabrication, logistics, and installation
- Conduct site visits and supervise installations to ensure quality and brand integrity
- Translate creative concepts into technical specifications and review architectural drawings
- Manage multiple projects and timelines under tight deadlines
- Analyze completed projects and propose improvements for efficiency and visual impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in luxury retail, visual merchandising, or store planning
- Proven track record managing visual installations from concept to completion
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, technical specifications, and installation processes
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and value engineering
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain brand standards
