Responsibilities- Build project briefs, programs/schedules, and budgets respecting the Store Development Lifecycle and key project milestones.
- Manage and align with Store Design, Regional and Market leadership, and all stakeholders on project milestones and overall schedule.
- Review and negotiate work letters and conduct initial site reviews.
- Drive and respect critical milestones and deliverables to achieve project approvals and funding.
- Leverage project resources of architects, supplies, and general contractors to achieve project schedules.
- Manage approved schedules to achieve all critical milestones, adjusting as needed.
- Coordinate and manage drawing sets and milestones from schematic and design development to construction documents.
- Utilize company systems for drawing and budget management.
- Establish competitive bidding, contract administration, and project-related legal and financial controls.
- Attend and manage monthly cost meetings to ensure compliance with project budget and forecast.
- Oversee construction and ensure weekly meetings are conducted and documented.
- Travel as required to conduct site visits during the project lifecycle.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management.
- 4+ years of experience within a store planning/design/construction environment.
- Experience in the luxury market and collaborating with vendors and consultants in North America.
- Effective communication and managerial skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Availability to travel approximately 35% of the time.
