Public Relations Intern

Summary

Temporary internship within the corporate public relations team offering hands-on experience across fashion PR including sample trafficking, media research, showroom maintenance, and event support. The role reports to the Manager PR and Communications and is based in the NYC office. Candidates must be able to receive academic credit.

Responsibilities

• Assist with domestic and international sample trafficking
• Maintain and update PR and media databases
• Conduct media research projects
• Support production needs for office meetings and events
• Maintain showroom and media library
• Prepare magazine clippings and scan brand press
• Assist PR team with day to day administrative tasks

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Available to work onsite in the New York City office
• Must be able to receive academic credit
• Interest in fashion public relations and willingness to learn
