Job Description

Summary

The Public Relations Intern will support the US PR team in daily responsibilities, including media monitoring, sample trafficking, and logistics management. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the luxury fashion industry and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with editorial and VIP sample trafficking and manage US Sample set within Launchmetrics.
  • Coordinate product logistics, including messenger services and shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Monitor print and online coverage and execute press clippings.
  • Maintain organization of the sample closet and press library.
  • Support seasonal gifting initiatives and research rising talent and influencers.
  • Update internal distribution lists in Launchmetrics.
Requirements
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism in emails and correspondence.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the fashion industry.
  • Previous experience in press and media relations and fashion closet management.
  • Proficiency in Launchmetrics, Fashion Monitor, and Microsoft Office.
