Quality Assurance Associate

Summary

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished goods, frames, and materials for construction, color, shade, and finish against purchase order details
• Prepare completed orders for shipment including assembly, wrapping, staging, and documentation
• Identify and escalate quality inconsistencies and support resolution processes
• Handle upholstery materials, fibers, and adhesives as directed to support production
• Organize and distribute workpieces and supplies to maintain workflow efficiency
• Assist with receiving, storing, releasing shipments and maintaining material inventory
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility and safely operate hand tools and small equipment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in furniture production, manufacturing, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
• Ability to follow purchase order instructions and perform tasks accurately under direction
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and accept feedback
• Consistent attendance and ability to frequently lift and mobilize items in excess of 75 pounds and perform prolonged standing and physical tasks
