Receiving Support - Ala Moana

Summary

Support receiving operations for the store including processing incoming shipments, inspecting merchandise, and assisting with inventory organization to ensure accurate and timely stock replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments and verify contents against packing lists
• Inspect merchandise for damage and report discrepancies
• Sort and organize stock in the backroom and storage areas
• Tag and prepare items for transfer to sales floor
• Maintain accurate receiving records and assist with inventory counts
• Coordinate with store and distribution teams to resolve issues
• Operate material handling equipment safely and follow loss prevention procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience in receiving or warehouse operations
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock handling procedures
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to follow safety and loss prevention protocols
