Store Support

As a Store Support Associate at Polo Ralph Lauren in Waipahu, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our retail store. You will be responsible for receiving deliveries, processing merchandise, maintaining stockroom organization, and supporting the sales floor. This role offers an entry point for future leadership opportunities within Ralph Lauren.

• Process freight and manage inventory operations, including markups, markdowns, and RFID tagging.
• Inspect deliveries for damages and ensure proper sensor/tag placement.
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and manage "Ship to Home" orders.
• Support sales floor with stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
• Foster a positive work environment and collaborate with team members.

• Back of house experience or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
