Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate - Waikiki

Summary

Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and sales support for front and back of house boutique operations. Deliver high levels of client service including greeting, assisting with packaging at point of sale, answering phones, and supporting after sales activities. Maintain merchandise standards on the selling floor and assist sales team with stock handling and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients promptly and offer assistance on the selling floor.
• Assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support sales team by hanging merchandise and returning items to the floor.
• Retrieve and prepare stock and maintain stock room organization.
• Keep workstation and selling floor stocked with supplies and merchandise standards.
• Log repairs and support after sales client contact and record keeping.
• Answer phones and provide friendly customer service.
• Support concierge doorperson and greeter host activities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with composure in difficult situations.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to maintain boutique standards for presentation and stocking.
• Available for temporary seasonal schedule in Waikiki.
• Ability to perform clerical tasks and support both front and back of house operations.
