Receiving Support Associate

Summary

The Receiving Support Associate supports store logistics, merchandise receiving, and fulfillment operations. The role helps ensure merchandise is processed, packed, and delivered according to company standards while providing a welcoming experience to customers.

Responsibilities

• Support processing of new merchandise receipts.
• Pick merchandise from the selling floor and stockrooms for fulfillment orders.
• Pack merchandise according to company policies and techniques.
• Assist with logistical initiatives, including returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and salvages.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor and support the store during high-volume events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapt to changing priorities, and use technology.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform bending and reaching movements, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
