Summary

The Receiving Associate processes incoming and outgoing merchandise and supplies while maintaining organized, safe stockroom standards. The role prepares merchandise for the sales floor and supports the selling team in providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, unpack, and dispatch merchandise and supplies according to company standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including tagging and ticketing items.
• Process price changes, damages, salvages, and job outs, and record trailer deliveries.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stockroom while protecting company assets and following operational procedures.
• Support selling team members as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Comfort using computers and multiple technology devices.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
