Receiving Support Associate

Summary

Support store receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations to ensure merchandise and customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This role also provides customer assistance on the selling floor and helps the store prepare for high-volume events.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Locate and pick merchandise from the selling floor and stockrooms for fulfillment orders.
• Pack customer orders using approved techniques and policies.
• Assist with returns to vendors, transfers, price changes, damages, and other logistical tasks.
• Use store technology and support operations during major events.
• Greet and welcome customers while on the selling floor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities.
• Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use handheld equipment and computers, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
