Receiving Support Associate - Century City

Summary

The Receiving Support Associate handles incoming merchandise processing and supports stockroom operations in a high-end retail environment in Century City. This part time role focuses on accurate receiving, inventory organization, and collaboration with store and distribution teams to maintain product flow.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unpack incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
• Inspect merchandise for damages and verify quantities against packing lists
• Label, tag, and prepare products for stocking or transfer
• Organize and maintain stockroom cleanliness and inventory layout
• Process returns and document discrepancies for follow up
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled
• Coordinate with sales floor staff to replenish merchandise as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail receiving or stockroom experience or similar preferred
• Ability to lift and move merchandise safely and regularly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems and documentation
• Reliable punctuality and ability to work a part time schedule including weekends
