Summary

Part-time Receiving Support Associate responsible for assisting with incoming shipments, processing inventory, and maintaining stockroom organization at the Palm Beach Gardens location. The role supports store operations by ensuring timely and accurate receipt and staging of merchandise. Works closely with store and distribution teams to manage inventory flow and prep merchandise for the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Unpack merchandise and verify packing lists against purchase orders
• Label and tag items and prepare merchandise for stocking
• Move and stage product in the stockroom and on the sales floor as directed
• Maintain organized and safe stockroom and receiving area
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment safely
• Report discrepancies and damaged goods to management

Requirements

• Previous retail or warehouse receiving experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes regularly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory tasks
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a flexible part-time schedule
