Summary

Temporary part time role supporting receiving operations at a retail location in Boca Raton. Assist with processing inbound shipments, organizing stockroom inventory, and ensuring timely movement of merchandise to sales floor. Position is seasonal and focused on operational efficiency during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments following store procedures
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage
• Sort and organize merchandise in the stockroom
• Prepare items for distribution to the sales floor
• Maintain accurate receiving records and paperwork
• Operate hand trucks and other basic material handling equipment
• Assist with inventory counts and replenishment tasks

Requirements

• Prior experience in receiving or stockroom operations preferred
• Ability to lift and move boxes safely
• Basic numeracy and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a flexible seasonal schedule
• Good communication and teamwork skills
