Job Description

Summary

As a Recruiter at Van Cleef & Arpels, you will play a crucial role in executing recruitment strategies and enhancing the candidate experience for boutique positions. This temporary assignment will involve full lifecycle recruitment, networking, and relationship building to align with our talent principles.

Responsibilities
  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand vacancies and share potential profiles.
  • Interview candidates against position-specific competencies and behaviors.
  • Provide hiring managers with a diverse shortlist of candidates.
  • Build talent pipelines using ATS, social media, and job boards.
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
  • Track and communicate recruitment activities and labor market intelligence.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at boutique and corporate levels.
  • Ability to manage a high requisition count while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Experience with ATS, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and travel to boutiques as needed.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence and negotiate.
