Job Description

Summary

Join LVMH Beauty as a Workplace Experience and Employee Engagement professional, where you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our offices. This temporary position offers a dynamic environment within the prestigious beauty industry, supporting both our Manhattan and East Brunswick offices with one day remote work.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, including facilities maintenance and repairs.
  • Act as the primary contact for facilities-related issues, coordinating with vendors and building management.
  • Manage conference room bookings and office scheduling.
  • Serve as the in-person contact for office needs and inquiries.
  • Monitor and stock office supplies, and coordinate food deliveries and catering for events.
  • Manage vendor accounts and invoices, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in office preparations for new hires and conduct office tours.
  • Coordinate with Iron Mountain for offsite shredding document pick-ups.
  • Manage reservations for the Dior Café and assist with onsite Barista service.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and assist with internal relocations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience in the fashion, fragrance, or beauty industry.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with personnel at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Excel.
  • Proactive and responsible, requiring minimal direction.
  • French speaking is a plus.
  • Professional, poised, and fashionable demeanor.
