- Serve as the in-person contact for office needs and inquiries.
- Monitor and stock office supplies, and coordinate food deliveries and catering for events.
- Manage vendor accounts and invoices, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Assist in office preparations for new hires and conduct office tours.
- Coordinate with Iron Mountain for offsite shredding document pick-ups.
- Manage reservations for the Dior Café and assist with onsite Barista service.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and assist with internal relocations.
Requirements- 2+ years of administrative support experience in the fashion, fragrance, or beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with personnel at all levels.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Excel.
- Proactive and responsible, requiring minimal direction.
- French speaking is a plus.
- Professional, poised, and fashionable demeanor.
