Summary
Participation in a VIE program supporting HR Controlling for the Americas. Perform confidential analytical and reporting duties including data checks, forecasts, and HRIS support while working closely with HR Controllers and cross functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and audit reporting for finance business partners including staff costs and invoice accruals
- Assist in ad hoc analyses such as turnover and compensation studies
- Prepare monthly data books for financial analysis of staff costs
- Support forecast preparation including assumptions and Anaplan input
- Support HRIS project management and implementation of Anaplan
- Manage vendor relations and create purchase orders in invoice management tool
- Partner with HR directors to monitor department costs and prepare monthly reporting
- Export BI reports and perform data checks across HR systems
Requirements
- At least 1 year of controlling or corporate finance experience
- Advanced Excel PowerPoint and Word skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multitask and work independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Strong planning and organizational skills
