Summary
Support People Operations by serving as the first point of contact for onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate employee records in Workday, liaising with payroll, and assisting the People and Organization team with HR processes to enhance the employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for employees and managers regarding onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities including documentation and system access
- Facilitate offboarding steps and collection of company assets
- Enter and maintain employee data accurately in Workday
- Communicate changes and resolve discrepancies with payroll
- Respond to employee queries about HR processes and escalate complex issues
- Prepare reports and maintain HR documentation
- Contribute feedback and ideas to improve HR processes
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources People Operations or administrative support
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with HRIS systems such as Workday and willingness to learn new tools
- Basic understanding of payroll processes is a plus
- Ability to organize prioritize tasks and work in a fast paced environment
