Summary
The Early Careers Senior Associate supports Early Careers, Executive Development, and People AI Lead to deliver and manage the end-to-end undergraduate internship program and university partnerships across the US. This role coordinates with HR Generalists, Talent Management, Learning and Development, and DEI teams to attract, develop and retain early career talent and strengthen the company talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Own undergraduate university recruitment strategy to attract diverse high potential talent
- Project manage summer internship recruitment including job allocation, ATS management, resume review and interview scheduling
- Manage internship inbox communications and track recruitment metrics and offer acceptances
- Lead undergraduate recruitment events and campus presentations in-person and virtual
- Project manage internship program activities including onboarding, orientation, speaker events and group projects
- Support intern managers with guides, toolkits and check in sessions and resolve performance issues
- Serve as point of contact for university partners and manage school and employee engagement requests
- Analyze program surveys and create executive summaries reporting program outcomes
- Identify process improvements and establish consistent recruitment toolkits
Requirements
- Demonstrated progressive experience with increasing responsibility
- Retail industry understanding and corporate high volume recruitment experience
- Experience supporting internship, university or early career programs and campus networks
- Strong project management and stakeholder relationship skills
- Ability to present to executive leaders and communicate effectively across stakeholders
- Self-motivated, organized and able to deliver results under pressure
- Champion of Diversity Equity and Inclusion with a growth mindset
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office and Adobe CC skills; ATS experience preferred
- Ability to travel
