Human Resources Business Partner

Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner will support store and head office employees by delivering AMER people initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to managers, and ensuring HR practices align with company standards. The role partners with Talent Acquisition, leads HR projects, and supports performance management, development, and employee well being across the region.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
• Ensure effective talent attraction and acquisition for Store and Head Office roles
• Support people managers through performance and talent management cycles
• Identify and implement training and development plans
• Implement local HR projects and global AMER initiatives
• Support employee well being and promote diversity and inclusion
• Counsel managers to maintain a high performing workforce
• Manage forecast and budget processes in partnership with the AMER team
• Ensure implementation of compensation and benefit policies

Requirements

• Relevant HR experience, preferably in retail with international exposure
• Strong computer skills
• Understanding of employee relations case management and policy interpretation
• Good listening ability and adaptability
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Ability to maintain a positive work environment in line with brand values
• Attention to detail
