SummaryThe People (HR) Associate at Ralph Lauren is responsible for assisting and supporting the strategic execution of People programs for Brand and Product. Responsibilities- Understand HR policy and procedures thoroughly.
- Act as systems administrator in Avature and Workday, maintaining and updating org charts and employee records.
- Provide recommendations and solutions for ongoing system support challenges.
- Facilitate between Benefits and employees on LOA questions and support the Interactive Process.
- Support low-level Employee Relations concerns and manage PowerPoint and Excel documents.
- Provide project management support for People initiatives and support Onboarding and Exit processes.
- Handle general inquiries and requests from business partners and employees.
- Establish cross-functional relationships to promote best practices and process adherence.
- Assist the People Lead in ad hoc projects as needed.
- Support talent talks, reviews, and performance management processes.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Manager during recruitment processes.
- Manage employee communication and support People Brand and Production communication initiatives.
- Engage in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and community programs.
- Support special projects led by the People team.
Requirements- Experience working in Human Resources, ideally in a general role.
- Advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of Workday preferred.
- Well-developed written and verbal presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Responsible, accountable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and meet required schedules and deadlines consistently and independently.
