Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment for retail roles including sourcing screening interviewing and offer management
- Develop sourcing strategies and build a retail talent network across key markets
- Conduct market visits and mystery shopping to understand local market needs
- Coordinate interviews perform reference checks and ensure high quality candidate experience
- Track recruitment KPIs and productivity of sales associates
- Support succession planning and internal mobility initiatives
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Management Director and Paris HR team on recruitment tools
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years related recruitment experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Goal oriented with strong drive for results and sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship building and networking skills
- Understanding of the luxury retail landscape
- Strong assessment skills and ability to articulate candidate evaluation
