Summary
Temporary full time recruiter responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for corporate and retail functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and negotiating offers. Role supports early careers programs and partners with hiring managers and HR to facilitate onboarding and talent acquisition strategies. Position is hourly, full time, temporary and hybrid with on site presence in Tribeca New York and remote days.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source candidates via job boards social media networking and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate and conduct virtual and in person interviews including panels and assessments
- Manage candidate experience providing timely updates and feedback
- Negotiate offers including salary benefits and terms of employment
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to facilitate onboarding for new hires
- Design and execute early careers programs internships and apprentice initiatives
- Lead recruitment events for summer intern program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in a fast paced environment
- Strong understanding of sourcing screening and interviewing best practices
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with applicant tracking systems Workday preferred
- Experience leading searches across multiple functions and levels
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate in a matrix organization including senior leadership
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel Word and PowerPoint
