Specialist Workday

As a Workday Specialist at Chanel, you will play a crucial role in aligning the Workday ecosystem with the specific needs of our US operations. You will act as a liaison between local stakeholders and the Global People Solutions team, ensuring seamless system functionality and integration.

• Serve as the primary Workday point of contact for the US, facilitating communication between local teams and the Global People Solutions team.
• Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to strategic planning and growth.
• Provide training and support to increase user proficiency and confidence in Workday functionalities.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and enhance collaboration.
• Implement scalable Workday solutions to support company growth and expansion.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
• Manage and lead change initiatives for smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
• Partner with People Analytics to improve data accuracy and reliability through audit systems.

• Minimum 3 years of Workday Administrator experience with cloud SaaS HR applications.
• Strong proficiency in Workday configuration, customization, and functionality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Experience in providing training and support to end-users.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
