Summary
The Regional Client Relations Manager will co-create and execute high-end regional strategy across categories, partner with store and regional teams to drive sales targets and elevated client experiences, and build a sustainable network of high-net-worth clients to grow loyalty and business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver results-oriented actions to achieve high-end objectives across the region
- Partner with store leaders and client relations teams on client retention and development strategies
- Monitor high-end category performance and identify action plans with RVP and store leadership
- Create occasions and events to engage top clients and drive sales and loyalty
- Recruit and grow a network of high-potential prospects and VIC clients
- Collaborate with Retail Learning to identify team development opportunities and create learning moments
- Benchmark outside the business to grow networks and identify luxury best practices
- Provide recaps and follow up after market visits to ensure timely action on feedback
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or client relations
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Track record of meeting and exceeding regional or store sales targets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross functional teams
- Experience developing client retention and recruitment strategies
- Ability to analyze performance and develop actionable plans
- Willingness to be primarily on-site in the Chicago office
