Job Description

Summary

The Regional Client Relations Manager will co-create and execute the High-End strategy for the Mid-Atlantic market, partnering with stores and regional teams to grow and retain high-net-worth clientele and drive sales across luxury product categories. This role requires leading by example, building sustainable client networks, and collaborating with Client Relations and Development teams to elevate the client experience and achieve regional targets.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver results-oriented action plans to achieve high-end objectives by store and region.
  • Partner with Store Leaders and Client Relations teams on client retention, development strategies, and prospect recruitment.
  • Monitor high-end category goals and identify action plans with RVP and store leadership to maximize opportunities.
  • Develop occasions and events to engage top clients and drive sales and brand loyalty.
  • Build and maintain a sustainable personal network of high-net-worth clients for the business.
  • Collaborate with regional and zone partners to meet and exceed HE targets.
  • Identify team development needs and work with Retail Learning to create impactful training.
  • Research external sectors and best practices to grow the stores network of VIP clients.
  • Provide recaps and follow up after market visits to ensure timely action on feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury retail client relations or high-end sales leadership, preferably at a regional level.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to partner with store and regional leaders.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in luxury categories.
  • Experience developing strategic action plans and driving execution across multiple stores.
  • Ability to create and host client events and initiatives to drive engagement.
  • Coaching and development experience to identify team learning opportunities.
  • Willingness to work on-site primarily based at King of Prussia boutiques and travel within the region as needed.
